About

Born in Zurich in the 1980s, the artist grew up in an intercultural environment, straddling both French and German cultures. Drawing and painting have always been a central part of her life, a constant presence since childhood.

Her fascination with the human condition—its complexity, contradictions, and the interplay of body, mind, and soul—initially led her into medicine. As a doctor specializing in anesthesia and intensive care, she gained a close-up understanding of the fragility and wonder of the human body. However, her artistic practice remained an essential outlet for processing the profound impressions of her professional and personal experiences.

Her work explores the invisible, often darker aspects of human existence—pushing the boundaries of knowledge, delving into the untouched shadows of the soul, and navigating the intersections of life and death. These themes are deeply intertwined with her ongoing search for truth and an engagement with what lies beyond the visible world.

Through her art, she seeks to capture the inaccessible and often indescribable dimensions of the human experience. She invites the viewer to reflect on the hidden depths of their own existence and to engage with the unseen.
